Cue sheets are the primary means by which Performing Rights Organizations track the use of music in film and TV.
Without cue sheets, it would be nearly impossible for such composers and publishers to be compensated for their work.
An accurately filled out cue sheet is a log of all the music used in a production.
1.) Download the Cue Sheet by clicking on the button below.
2.) Drag and drop the Cue Sheet you just downloaded, into the “Drop PDF Here” box at the following URL: http://www.pdfescape.com/
3.) After you have completely filled out the Cue Sheet, save it to a location on your computer you’ll remember.
4.) Email a copy of your new Cue Sheet to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Heads Up: If you are not making a composition to be broadcast on a television network you do not need a cue sheet.
